No — you can book as a guest using just your email address. An account is automatically created after your first successful booking so you can access your tickets any time.
How do I get my tickets?
Tickets are emailed to you immediately after a successful booking and are always available for download from your account dashboard.
What is your refund policy?
Tickets can be refunded up until 48 hours before an event starts. See our full Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
How can I pay for my tickets?
After selecting your tickets and completing your booking details, you will see our payment details and QR code at checkout. Make the payment using the provided details or scan the QR code, then upload a screenshot of your payment. Once verified, we will confirm your booking and send your ticket confirmation by email.
